I mean, okay: On one hand, he does probably have pre-retirement baby Theo thoughts and habits like front and center. It's how he immediately knows how to deal with Baby Corp, remembers to constantly drink formula, is able to talk to non-Baby Corp babies, etc. And pre-retirement Theo called Tim "Templeton" almost all of the time. I can accept that.

But he also has 30 years of experience of calling Tim "Tim" or "Leslie"!!!! And adult Ted wouldn't really call Tim "Templeton"-- because that's literally his own last name!!!

So yeah sure, if he's drowning in paperwork or baby love numbers and he's offhandedly telling Tim to do something, it makes sense he'd slip in a "Templeton". But I feel like when he's talking to Carol and Tim about normal stuff, he would fall back on normal adult Ted nicknames for Tim???

But I know realistically it's part of the brand and they didn't really think that hard about it when writing BitC. I still stand by my points though. Unless I'm crazy and he doesn't actually call him "Templeton" all that much? Does he call him "Templeton" in Family Business??? I guess I should rewatch some eps/scenes and report back..

And the real question is, who built Baby Corp?

And canonly, where is Baby Corp anyways, and why has barely an adult stepped onto the factory or spotted it on Earth?

On the Scooter Buskie article. It says it aired in 1993, not 2018. And the article also says there was a pilot that aired in 1972. Boss Baby didn’t exist in either 1993 or 1972.

Guys i suggest for former or current baby corp employees and personnel, their infobox title should still be their job title but their real name should just be their actual name.
