Baby Corp is a large corporation located in a heavenly realm.
Overview[]
Baby Corp is responsible for the creation of all babies and their primary goal is to make sure that babies are the most loved creatures on earth.
Baby Corp possesses a giant, self-editing pie chart that shows how all the love in the world is divided up. The sections of the pie chart grow and shrink in real time in accordance with the distribution of love on earth.
All the babies who come from Baby Corp initially remember it, but lose those memories when their pacifier is taken away.
Staff[]
Baby Corp is run entirely by babies with the mind of adults. The employees of Baby Corp drink a special milk that prevents them from growing older, making it so they stay babies forever.
All babies are tested before being sent down to earth. They are tickled on their stomach; if the baby laughs, then they are sent down to earth to become part of a family. If the baby does not laugh, then they are sent to become an employee of Baby Corp.
If a worker baby is retiring, they will get a milk and cookie leaving party to celebrate their retirement and will be sent down to a new family to be a normal baby. If a baby is ''fired'' they are sent sliding down to a chimney for adoption, but they must ''gooduate'' and become good babies.
Fired Execs will be given a 6 month supply of formula, a monitor, and a description of their original job.

During the events of The Boss Baby[]
Baby Corp was initially seen in the prologue, where Theodore Lindsay Templeton is seen on the factory floor. He acts differently from the other nearby babies, and is sent to become an employee after the tickle test.
Baby Corp was also seen when Theodore Lindsay Templeton brings Timothy Leslie Templeton to the company.
Theodore started telling Timothy about the upper management and he says about how they grow up and the pie chart and tells Timothy that the puppy slice is getting bigger (seen at around 60%) and they're stealing the babies love and go to the hall.
They see lots of pictures and Theodore tells what they are (like Big Boss Baby, Seriously Big Boss Baby, Big Fat Boss Baby, and Super Colossal Big Fat Boss Baby or Francis E. Francis in older terms), and comments "W-W-S-C-B-F-B-B-D" (in full, "What Would Super Colossal Big Fat Boss Baby Do"), and stops after Big Boss Baby says the pet convention is in 2 days (referring to as the launch of the Forever Puppy in 2 days).
Baby Corp was also mentioned by Francis in his story along with Forever Puppy and also says about his lactose intolerance and he getting old and Theodore saying a puppy never growing up is impossible until Francis said it was impossible until Timothy brought the key ingredient (the formula bottle in Timothy's backpack), which also keep a puppy a puppy forever.
The Forever Puppy part of Francis' story came true when Timothy and Theodore arrived at Las Vegas along with some Elvis, and even Eugene Francis (disguised as an Elvis), where Francis says the Forever Puppy will be released in every continent, in every country, to end their rival, Baby Corp.
Baby Corp was seen again after Theodore goes back to Baby Corp to get his promotion for stopping their rival, Puppy Co. (or more specifically, the Forever Puppy), to go to the corner office to see that the pie chart's baby slice is bigger, and even goes back into the factory floor and go back to earth and sent to Timothy's family.
