Buddy (also known as Buddy from HR) was a recurring character in The Boss Baby: Back in Business. He is a stickler for paperwork. He is, however, easily tricked.
Appearance[]
Buddy is an infant with light brown skin, brown hair, and tan eyes. His hair is short and curly.
He wears a blue bowtie with black suspenders and pants.
Personality[]
Buddy is very nice and caring to his colleagues. So much so when introducing the new CEO, once his speech ends, Buddy forms a heart with his fingers to his co-workers.

Before Theodore Templeton (Boss Baby) comforted his crying brother, he said "Where's HR when you need em?" He might have been referring to Buddy.
