Caroline "Carol" Gabrielle Templeton (née Guerrero) is a character featured in The Boss Baby: Family Business. She is the wife of Timothy Leslie Templeton the younger sister of Benjamin Guerrero and the mother of Tabitha Templeton and Tina Templeton She is said to be a "super-mom". She also seems to share Tim's similar sense of goofiness with their children and the two are very protective of their daughters. She is called the Waitress who never brought Bradely those menus.
Appearance[]
Carol has tan skin, purple eyes, and long brown hair tied in a ponytail. She wears a pink sweater and black pants, as well as white earrings. She sometimes wears a pink or light blue shirt, a high-waisted dark blue-ish pencil skirt, black leggings, and tall brown or black boots.
Personality[]
She is a very nice and lovely woman. She cares about her daughters Tabitha Templeton, and Tina Templeton. She also loves her husband Timothy Leslie Templeton and likes to goof around with him.
History[]
In the original film, she appears as a young girl during the Forever Puppy reveal at Puppy Co in the convention center. However, they don't meet each other (Tim and Carol) because Tim doesn't know that she is a young Carol, his future wife.
In sequel film, she appears as a main character in Family Business as the wife of Tim Templeton, mother of Tabitha and Tina Templeton, the daughter-in-law of Ted Templeton and Janice Templeton and the sister-in-law of Theodore Lindsay Templeton. She seems to enjoy her husband's wild imagination.
At the end of Family Business, Carol picks up Tina’s ringing phone, in which she unknowingly discovers Baby Corp's existence when they call back Tina for another mission. In a surprising twist she instead asks back what they want her to do in a hushed voice, implying Carol was aware of the corporation prior to the events of the film.
This is contradicted in Back in the Crib - Tim, Tabitha, and Ted struggle to tell Carol the truth about Baby Corp without snapping her brain, until she agrees to give Ted 5 minutes to explain it to her. She is surprised to discover Tina can talk.
Additionally, in Back in the Crib, she reveals that she has always seen Ted as selfish, superficial, and overall baby-like. However, she still allows Ted to live with them and she even sympathizes with him on his birthday.
Guerrero is her maiden surname. She also has a master's degree and started her own company. She owns a storefront.
