Dr. Erwin Armstrong is the main antagonist of the DreamWorks 2021 animated feature film The Boss Baby: Family Business. He is the "mysterious" founder of the prestigious Acorn Center for Advanced Childhood, a school that secretly teaches babies to act naughty.
Dr. Armstrong is voiced by Jeff Goldblum.

Dr. Erwin is a short fair skinned male that is actually a baby disguised as an old man. He also seems to have sideburns. Erwin wears comically over-sized glasses that don't seem to actually have lens in them. He wears a fancy fuzzy white turtleneck with a brown coat on above. He wears grey patterned pants.
Personality[]
On a surface level Dr. Erwin seems to be a kind person, as he runs and funds a school for children. He's good with children, as he successfully runs a school.

- Dr. Erwin's turtle neck could be a reference to a character in The Boss Baby Franchise, Turtleneck Superstar, who appears in The Boss Baby: Back in Business. Him impersonating a old man and actually being a baby is also similar to Turtleneck Superstar being revealed to be a old person disguised as a baby.
- Dr. Erwin's father looks exactly like his suit in the ending scene.
- Dr. Erwin might actually be based off of Sidis James William. A man whose parents were both doctors and raised him to become as smart as humanly possible. The same as Armstrong's parents.
- Dr. Erwin is usually referred to as Dr. Armstrong, but he introduces himself by his full name (Dr. Erwin Armstrong) in his school's advert video.
