Frederic Estes is the main antagonist of The Boss Baby: Back in Business Season 2. He is the leader of the Consortium of Ancients and one of the three secondary antagonists (alongside Bootsy Calico and Happy Sedengry) of The Boss Baby: Get That Baby!.
He is Theodore Templeton's arch-nemesis. He first appeared in Season 2. He last appeared in Season 2 in the episode "Wrinkles & Stinkles." His wife is Turtleneck Superstar CEO Old Lady. At the end, he and his wife were arrested for stinking up the whole town at the end of season 2.
