Happy Sedengry is the main antagonist of Season 3 of The Boss Baby: Back in Business. He is one of the 3 villains in Get That Baby!, alongside Bootsy and Frederic.
History[]
Happy Sedengry is a "babblist" who claims to understand baby speech and (former) Bubbeezee CEO. He was hired by Marsha Krinkle to give a guest presentation at the play group Boss Baby joined after he was fired from his job at Baby Corp, where he pretended to understand what the babies were saying in front of their parents. The Boss Baby and his fellow babies set out to prove Happy Sedengry was a liar before their parents got scammed. They succeeded and ended Happy's career as a babbilsist in the babble off on Channel 8 when Tim revealed that Happy was getting the response he wants using Jonathan Pumpernickel Rings. Later, Happy was revealed to be the C.E.O. of Bubbeezee. In the last episode, he was blackmailing Boss Baby saying that he will show the video of the talking baby if he doesn't work for Bubbeezee. Happy then denied that the Bubbeezee job blackmail was a threat and made an offer for Boss Baby to meet him face to face in a car and tell him everything about talking babies and Baby Corp and Boss Baby accepted. The meeting in the car ended with Staci and Jimbo crashed the car into the Future Home Of Bubbeezee Worldwide shortly after Happy evacuated the car. Happy got arrested at the end of the last episode.
Weirdly, he seems to not care about Baby Corp and is not fazed upon the discovery that babies can talk.
I
n Get That Baby, depending on the choices made he, along with Wendy, Bootsy Calico and Frederic Estes can be reformed and start working for Baby Corp.
