Hermano Menor Director Baby (formerly Hermano Menor CEO Baby) was a CEO of Baby Corp until he was promoted to the Board of Directors. His twin brother, Emiliano, was on the Board of Directors and he became CEO after Rattleshake CEO Baby.
He was then promoted to the Board of Directors.In season 4 he is much more calmed and the most jolliest of the board of directors.

Hermano Menor is eager to please everyone and scared of disappointing. He seems to look up to his twin brother a lot. He panics easily, shown in the episode he was introduced.
