Dakota's mother also known as Inside Mom is a reoccurring minor villain in The Boss Baby: Back in Business.
Personality[]
Her personality is shown as extremely loud and violent, often committing criminal or immoral actions. She does these things however for her infant daughter, so that she may be able to afford her future education at Ohio State University.
History[]
Her first appearance was in the episode Par Avion, she was hired by Mega Fat CEO Baby, who was disguised as a German philanthropist. She followed his orders to have her make sure all the babies on the plane would cry and acted up so that she can get her daughter Dakota into Ohio State University. However, the plan failed them Tim started hurting himself, causing all the babies to start laughing instead of crying, resulting in her being arrested and also ruining Mega Fat's plan to fire Boss Baby.
In the season 2 episode, Picture Perfect she robs a bank, so she would have enough money to get her daughter Dakota into Ohio State University. She reveals in that she has never had a blankie as a child, this trauma was one of the main causes of her criminal and anti-social behavior.
