OCB is one of the 4 main antagonists of Boss Baby Back in Business Season 4. He is a consultant. He first wowed the Board of Directors with his charm but he was secretly trying to steal Boss Baby's job to become the new CEO of Baby Corp. But Emiliano cut his chances, he later strikes back to take Baby Corp again. But Boss Baby came back and belched him away. In the end, he conquered Baby Corp along with Pyg and Tam and Puppy Co. In the last episode of Boss Baby: Back In Business he was defeated alongside Pyg and Tam and Bug The Pug.
