Season Three is the third season of The Boss Baby: Back in Business. It premiered on Netflix on March 16, 2020. In Season Three, the Boss Baby will be fired from his job at Baby Corp and join a play group that includes babies Scooter Buskie and Jarreau McIntosh. It will also see the return of the Mega Fat CEO Baby, for the first time since "Fugitive's Day Out," the sixth episode of Season Two. He is now "Mega Fat Regular Baby" adopted son of Marsha Krinkle. Season Three will also have a new enemy, a "babblist" named Happy Sedengry, who fraudulently claims to understand baby speech.
The villains of Season Three is Happy Sedengry and Baby Corp.

- Escape from Krinkle's - Boss Baby has an interview at Baby Corp — but first, he'll need to break out of a high-tech Bubbeezee playroom. Can the field team help him escape?
- Puppy Party - A party in the park drags the Boss Baby into a dogfight with his old nemesis, Puppy Co.'s Bug the Pug — and the loser must don the "Collar of Shame."
- Mega Fat - A flashback episode reveals everything that happened to Mega Fat between getting fired from Baby Corp and getting adopted by a famous journalist.
- Halloween - Halloween is the perfect cover for the Boss Baby and his costumed field team to sneak into the belly of the beast. But Staci's got plans to stop them.
- Who's a Good Baby? - Baby love has never been higher. But a crash is coming, and the Boss Baby and his crew are determined to bring Bubbeezee down for good.
