History[]
Phil works as a night security guard. He has very sensitive ears. He refers to himself as Mad Dog.
He is first introduced in The Boss Baby: Back In Business S1E12, Hang In There, Baby.

- He is the first Security Baby to be named.
- His Nick name "Mad Dog" is a reference to the Yakuza franchise where one of the main characters are nicknamed The Mad Dog Of Shimano.
