Staci is one of the main characters of The Boss Baby franchise.
Staci is portrayed by cast member ViviAnn Yee in The Boss Baby and voiced by starring cast member Alex Cazares in The Boss Baby: Back in Business.
Appearance[]
Staci is a girl with fair skin and brown eyes. Her black hairstyle consists of a ponytail on top of her head, with a group of short loose strands hanging at the front of her forehead. She wears a white shirt and a pink skirt/tutu.
Personality[]
Despite Staci's appearance, she is shown to have aggressive tendencies and a cruel temperament. She apparently also has a thirst for revenge. She once shut down an entire daycare with the “Staci Incident”.
However, in the movie, Staci seems to be almost the polar opposite, being a nice girl that loved to doodle and looks forward to kindergarten.
History[]
Staci was a part of the field team of Boss Baby. She was very loyal and the aggressive member of the team. In season 3 of The Boss Baby: Back in Business, Boss Baby turns down the job offer after Staci worked so hard for him to get this opportunity, her mind cracked, and she tried to stop him. In the end, she sees why Boss Baby turned down the offer and helps him.
In Season 4, for most of the season, Staci was the VP of field operations. In Episode 12, after Boss Baby retires to become a normal baby, he then gives his job to Staci as CEO, giving her the best name Staci CEO Baby.

Jimbo: In The Boss Baby: Family Business, they are married and have two kids, Glue Baby and JJ. These two are always next to each other.
Theodore: They are amazing friends and tend to work together in difficult circumstances.
