Stevefan is the flight attendent in The Boss Baby: Back in Business episode Par Avion.
Stevefan is a silly man who wants children to stay in their seats during an airplane flight. When Tim didn't sit still Stevefan put Tim in the Naughty Boy Jumpseat. Staci and Tim thought that Stevefan was the inside man. So when Stevefan put Staci back in her seat Tim thought Stevefan made her cry. So Tim got a life vest and trapped him in it. But Staci realized Stevefan wasn't the inside man. When the babies were crying Stevefan got revenge on TIm to make the babies laugh. When the Boss Baby woke up Stevefan trapped Tim in the same lifevest Tim trapped him in.
In Season Four Stevefan comes back and as the manager of the department store. Stevefan chases Tim to distract him. Tim lied about Stevefan saying his breath smelled like mothballs. The workers formed a union against him at the end. It is unkown what happened to Stevefan after the events of Chicago.
