Theodore Lindsey "Ted" Templeton Sr also known and credited as dad he is the husband of Janice Templeton father of Timothy Leslie Templeton and Theodore Lindsay Templeton and the paternal grandfather of Tabitha Templeton and Tina Templeton his voice actors are Jimmy Kimmel in The Boss Baby and The Boss Baby: Family Business as well as David W. Collins in The Boss Baby: Back in Business.

Ted is a skinny man with silky brown hair that’s kind of slicked sideways and green eyes along with fat-skinny eyebrows. He wears glasses. He also wears a green button-up blouse with a white shirt underneath, slate tan/dark green pants with a black belt around it, and black loafers.

He is shown to be a kind, smart, caring, quirky and fun man.
